» Initial Consultation

All of our services begin with an Initial Consultation for which there is no obligation. The purpose of the Initial Consultation is to discuss what the person in business wishes to achieve. Once the goals are clear, our Business Advisers present a Proposal of Service & Agreement.

» Proposal of Service & Agreement

The Proposal of Service and Agreement contains an evaluation of the existing business, a strategy that outlines what must be done, the capacity of the Business Adviser's assistance, the length of service, and the fee. The Agreement formalizes the relationship. It includes all of the information provided in the accepted Proposal along with all other terms that must be addressed.
